LegendaryLea has been suspended from Twitch for 30 days after the incident which has divided fans and caused outrage
Gamer girl LegendaryLea has celebrated getting 100,000 Twitter followers after being accused of flashing her vagina during a live broadcast.
The live streamer - whose real name is Lea May - was playing Dark Souls on Twitch as thousands of her fans watched on when the incident unfolded.
At one point during the broadcast she gets off her sofa and appears to have exposed herself. She denies this happened.
As a result of complaints about the incident, Twitch suspended her account for 30 days.
Twitch told viewers: "The community has closed this channel due to terms of service violations."
But while disillusioned fans accused her of attention seeking - pointing to a series of previous incidents where she has appeared to flash too much flesh - the gaming star decided it was time to celebrate.
Since the x-rated storm unfolded, her Twitter following has seen a huge boost.
She now has more than 100,000 followers on the social networking site, and boasted about the milestone.
May said: "Oh snap! We did did!!!!!! Over 100k Twitter followers."
May has denied she purposely flashed her vagina in a statement made on Twitter.
She told fans on Twitter: "Sorry I had to stand in an awkward way due to my ankle injury.
"I have an injured ankle and lost my balance standing.
"My revealing leg lift was to catch myself from falling."
However fans claim this is not the first time she has been suspended from the live streaming service.
Lea has been banned from Twitch for 30 days.

A POPULAR female video gamer has provoked outrage — after flashing her vagina “accidentally” during a live broadcast on Twitch.
A POPULAR female video gamer has provoked outrage — after flashing her vagina “accidentally” during a live broadcast.
Lea May was banned from website Twitch after a string of complaints about the Californian’s risqué blooper.
The 26-year-old webcasts a live stream of her playing games to her thousands of fans under the name LegendaryLea.
But her virtual-gaming career hit a wall following the flashing incident while playing the game Dark Souls.
When standing up from her sofa, Leah lifts her leg and exposes herself.
But the San Diegan defended the “accidental” slip-up on Twitter.
“For the record Thighs [do not] equal vag,” she wrote.
“Sorry I had to stand in an awkward way due to my ankle injury. Boy shorts were underneath.
“I have an injured ankle and lost my balance standing.
“My revealing leg lift was to catch myself from falling.”
Twitch confirmed she had been slapped with a 30-day ban following a raft of complaints about the incident.
“The community has closed this channel due to terms of service violations,” Twitch said.
One fellow user accused Lea of staging the “accident” for attention.
“I understand it’s a business and all, so the flirty and flashy stuff is whatever, but Lea has gone too far,” the user said.
However, Lea’s army of adoring fans leapt to her defence.
“You tell him Lea. Everyone should focus on high quality gameplay like you instead,” a fellow gamer wrote.
“Hang in there and remember you are never alone. I know people say mean things but none are true about you. You are awesome,” wrote another.
Lea has more than 100,000 followers on her Twitter account @LegendaryLeahTV.

Now Lea May, who goes by LegendaryLea online, has been banned from video-sharing site Twitch amid a number of complaints.
The accidental exposure occurred when Lea was streaming footage of herself playing the video game Dark Souls and went to grab something off-screen.
Lifting her leg, which she claims is injured, Lea appears to reveal herself for a few moments, followed by a flurry of comments from viewers.
But Lea, who’s based in the American city of San Diego, California, has denied exposing her genitals, insisting it was just her thigh.
Setting the record straight on Twitter, she wrote: “For the record Thighs [do not] equal vag.
“Sorry I had to stand in an awkward way due to my ankle injury. Boy shorts were underneath.”
She aded: “I have an injured ankle and lost my balance standing. My revealing leg lift was to catch myself from falling.”
But that didn’t stop her getting banned from Twitch, apparently for 30 days, due to “terms of service violations”.
Viewers took to Twitter to request a ban after the incident, tweeting the site and describing what happened.
One wrote: “I understand it's a business and all, so the flirty and flashy stuff is whatever, but Lea has gone too far.”
Another said: “We want answers. 30 days ban? Come on now her stream is not even game related anymore. Well wasn't ever.”
But some came to her defence, emphasising that any exposure was accidental and calling for the ban to be lifted.
One viewer asked: “A streamer accidentally shows some thigh on cam and Twitch gives a 30 day ban? That's her job and it was an accident.”
While another told Lea: “I’ve written to Twitch via their website to appeal against your unjustified ban. I hope others do too.”
Lea says she’ll continue her broadcasts via steaming app Periscope and her YouTube channel.
