Terms of Service for Legend Tracker
By adding or using Legend Tracker ("the Bot"), you agree to the following terms:
1. Usage & Service Availability
- Legend Tracker provides free automated notifications and Clash of Clans stat tracking via slash commands.
- "Subscriptions" refer solely to automated free DM/channel notifications and do not involve any monetary payments, paid tiers, or financial transactions.
- The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Bot features rely on third-party APIs (including Discord and Supercell) and may experience occasional downtime due to API maintenance.
2. Acceptable Use & Account Management
- You agree not to exploit, spam, or abuse the Bot's commands or underlying infrastructure.
- Attempting to bypass command cooldowns or rate limits is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to block access or reset free subscriptions for users or servers that abuse the service or violate Discord's Developer Terms.
3. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot or using
/unsubscribeto cancel notification alerts.
4. Changes to Terms
- These terms may be updated periodically to reflect new features or policy updates.
