EVEDEX — is a dynamic fintech startup, developing a decentralized cryptocurrency trading platform.

Responsibilities:

▫️Prepare, submit, track, and ensure the desired outcome of documents, complaints, rebuttals, and claims to protect the company’s interests and reputation.

▫️Safeguard the uniqueness of the company’s content and representatives’ accounts, including addressing unauthorized use and liaising with media platforms, media outlets, and verifying user accounts.

▫️Defend the company’s interests against defamation and insults.

▫️Manage issues related to copyright and intellectual property in the digital space.

▫️Communicate on behalf of the company with intellectual property owners and platform representatives.

▫️Advise the team on matters of legal protection of content and reputation.

▫️Monitor legislative changes and updates to platform policies relevant to defamation, insults, and unauthorized use of content.

Requirements:

▫️In-depth knowledge of legislation related to reputation protection, copyright on the internet, and media platforms.

▫️Understanding of the specifics of working with complaints, claims, and rights protection.

▫️Familiarity with the nuances of legal work in IT, blockchain, and the media space.

▫️Experience in international law and understanding of differences between the legal frameworks of Russia, the USA, and Europe.

▫️Strong analytical skills and a strategic approach to legal matters.
