Legal Counsel Limassol, Cyprus

Our product is an international advertising network that provides unique features to publishers and advertisers through advanced technologies for collecting and processing information about the profiles and preferences of website visitors. This allows us to find the perfect match between "user - advertiser," thereby optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve maximum efficiency. We hold a stable position among the leading players in the industry, with tens of thousands of clients worldwide using their solutions daily to maximize their advertising budgets and increase their revenues. Now we are looking for a Legal Counsel, whose main tasks will include:

• Working with questionnaires and claims, corporate, financial, labor, and tax law issues, presentations, reports, and other documents, and ensuring the relevance of the documentation;
• Opening and maintaining accounts in banks or other financial institutions (filling out bank forms, communicating during the compliance process, processing requests in a timely manner);
• Working with migration and visa issues, interacting with public authorities and representation of the company’s interests (Cyprus and Worldwide);
• Interacting with law firms and other external providers, such as accountants and Big Four accounting firms;
• Consulting the financial team, working on the KYC issues, supporting audits, etc;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial documents, such as service agreements, confidentiality agreements, request for proposals, and collaboration agreements;

Candidate requirements:

• Highly-skilled lawyer who knows English law and has experience in the supporting the above-mentioned issues;
• Has in-depth knowledge of commercial, contract, corporate, labor, and private international law of Cyprus and EU;
• Fluent in business and legal English;
• Possesses strong business writing and communication skills;
• Understands business needs and is eager to meet them;
• Responsible, independent, proactive, results-oriented, attentive to detail.
