The Opportunity:
We've launched a world-class Learning Management System (Talent LMS) to centralize onboarding, compliance, and ongoing education across our global teams in the U.S., Argentina, Colombia, and beyond. As our LMS Developer, you'll shape how hundreds of team members across the firm learn, grow, and advance in their careers. You'll partner closely with our LMS Administrator, HR, and senior leaders across every department to design the training experiences that define what it means to work at Colombo & Hurd -- from a brand-new paralegal's first week to a senior attorney's path into leadership.
What You'll Do
* Assist in leading the design and development of the firm's learning content across onboarding, compliance, technical training, and leadership development
* Translate the expertise of our attorneys, partners, and operations leaders into compelling learning experiences
* Shape the voice, style, and quality standard of how Colombo & Hurd teaches its people
* Partner with department leads to identify learning needs and build programs that address them
* Produce a wide range of content—courses, video, interactive modules, assessments, and reference materials
* Work hand-in-hand with our LMS Administrator to bring content to life inside Talent LMS
* Continuously refine and elevate the learning experience based on data, feedback, and what's working
* Help build the systems and standards that will scale our learning function as the firm grows
What You Bring
* At least 2 years of experience developing learning content
* A portfolio that shows your range and craft
* Strong instructional design instincts—you understand how adults learn and what keeps them engaged
* Solid production skills across video, audio, and visual design
* Comfort working with senior subject-matter experts and translating their knowledge into clear, structured learning
* Tech-savvy mindset
* Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
* A builder's mentality—you take ownership, raise the bar, and care about the work
