Method 2: Alter the Names of Network Data and Transaction Log

1. Locate the “File Manager” on your computer and go to the QB installation file

  1. You can find that in “C:\ Users\Public \Public Documents \Intuit\ QuickBooks\
  2. Now, search for the file with the exact name of your company file with transaction log (.TLG) and network data (.ND) at the end.
  3. Right-click on it and choose “Rename.”
  4. Affix.OLD in the last of it

Method 3: Reboot QB Database on the Server

  4. Choose a path where you want to restore the concerned file and proceed

Method 6: Verify Your Registries

  1. Navigate towards the “Start” option on your system and input “Command” in the search box that appears but don’t hit Enter
  2. Select “Yes” once the permission dialog pops up
  3. Now, a black window with a blinking cursor will appear
  4. Input “Regedit” and press Enter
  5. Next, locate the “File” tab and click the “Export” tab
  6. Navigate to “Save” and choose a path to save the QBDT key
  7. Go to the “File Name” area and name it by the backup file
  8. Proceed to “Export” and give the correct “Branch.”
  9. Move ahead by clicking on the “Save” option. This will save the file by .reg extension.
