This book is meant for readers to explore the leadership philosophy of Humanism and to apply some of the lessons I’ve learned. As the author, my goal is to make the professional world better and prevent unnecessary pain during your journey.

Leading through Humanism draws on the power of vulnerability to create a humanistic and motivational approach to leadership. Some of my life stories are ingrained in the book, as it helped me develop this philosophy and build high-performing teams.

The cover of the book represents the “Heart of Gold”. A

characteristic I strive for each day within my philosophy. The water represents how the goal of the book is to dip into the basic understanding of Leading Through Humanism. It will take time and experience to fully submerge your heart into it. Lastly, the background represents the adventure you will endure through

your leadership experience.

To align with the values of Humanism, the material is inclusive and takes both a secular and a Christian approach. The scriptures will have their own section in each chapter so as to make reading them of your own free will. If you are of another faith, I encourage you to insert your own scripture there. I hope this book is beneficial to your lifelong learning and development as

a leader.
