Role Description The Leadership Development Consultant is a remote role focused on guiding clients through identity elevation, emotional intelligence, and intentional lifestyle design. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group mentoring sessions, facilitating online workshops, and supporting clients in building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and modern leadership skills.
The role involves creating and delivering structured personal development programs, providing practical tools for mindset and communication, and helping clients design values-aligned self-employment and income pathways. The mentor will collaborate on content creation, such as storytelling and educational resources, to align with the brand’s philosophy and support the online community. This position requires consistent client communication, progress tracking, and a commitment to holding empowering, non-judgmental spaces that respect diverse experiences and backgrounds.
Qualifications
· Strong foundation in personal development, identity work, and emotional intelligence.
· Experience mentoring or coaching clients in leadership, intentional living, and lifestyle design.
· Ability to guide clients in building modern online income pathways, self-employment strategies, or digital entrepreneurship.
· Excellent communication skills, including active listening, facilitating reflective conversations, and delivering clear guidance.
· Demonstrated capacity to hold psychologically safe, inclusive spaces that honor diverse perspectives and lived experiences.
· Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with online meeting tools, digital collaboration platforms, and basic content creation.
· Relevant training or certification in coaching, psychology, counseling, leadership development, or a related field is beneficial.
· Prior experience in business, brand-building, or community-based education is an advantage, not as asset.
