Key Responsibilities
* Communicate professionally with individuals who have expressed interest in professional development and leadership education programs
* Provide information regarding available learning pathways and respond to general enquiries using established communication guidelines
* Support participant engagement through timely follow-up and relationship-building activities
* Maintain professional communication standards across phone, email, video conferencing, and digital platforms
* Utilize CRM systems, video conferencing software, email, and other digital tools to manage workflow and maintain accurate records
* Follow established systems, processes, and communication frameworks
* Participate in ongoing training, leadership development, and professional learning activities
* Build and maintain positive professional relationships through effective communication and active listening
* Manage responsibilities independently within a remote work environment
* Contribute to a positive, professional, and growth-focused learning environment
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to build positive professional relationships
* Well-organized and self-motivated
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Confidence using digital communication platforms and online systems
* Interest in professional development, leadership education, and continuous learning
