LABA7 builds precision suspension test equipment used by teams and manufacturers worldwide. We're looking for a Lead Research Specialist to grow our sales pipeline.
What you'll do:
Research and collect contacts matching our ICP that aren't yet in our CRM:
You'll verify contact data (name, role, email, phone, company details), check it against our existing CRM, and enter clean records ready for outreach.
What we're looking for:
* Structured, detail-oriented work style
* Comfortable with LinkedIn, web research, and CRM tools
* Basic understanding of automotive/motorsport industry is a plus
* Good written English
Compensation:
Fixed base salary + performance pay per verified contact collected.
