We are looking for a talented Lead Go Software Engineer to join a dynamic team working on high-load services from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

 • New project’s development: design/architecture/development/post-release support;

 • Implementation of new features and their integration into the product’s microservice architecture;

 • Participation in decision-making and discussions of the business logic of the project;

 • Team management;

 • Hiring and recruiting developers;

 • Hands-on coding (especially at the start).

What We Expect:

 • 5+ years of experience with Golang;

 • Proven experience in fintech;

 • At least 2 years of experience as a Lead player on the project;

 • Good knowledge of SQL;

 • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

 • English B2+.
