We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Campaign Manager to help generate qualified leads for home service businesses across the United States and Canada
Our clients include companies in industries such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, chimney services, and other residential service sectors.
Responsibilities
* Create, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
* Develop lead generation strategies for home service businesses
* Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Test audiences, creatives, and offers
* Track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting
* Collaborate with our team to improve lead quality and campaign efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
* Strong lead generation background
* Experience working with home service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, chimney, etc.) is highly preferred
* Ability to analyze performance data and make optimization decisions
* Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling campaigns
* Strong communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience generating leads for U.S.-based service businesses
* Ability to provide case studies or examples of previous campaign results
* Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking systems
