Tasks:

• Leading the creation of features from the game design perspective: creating concepts and game design documentation, reviewing game mechanics, designing game economy and monetization
• Drawing conclusions based on the analysis of features alongside analysts and producers
• Assessing builds and taking responsibility for the quality of implementation

Requirements:

• Experience working as a game designer, lead game designer, or producer
• Game savvy, knowledge of the gaming market
• Expertise in LiveOps, monetization, and formation of short- and long-term product goals
• Fluency in Russian
