Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Retail functional solutions (SAP ECC), setting the strategic direction for implementation
* Own and oversee the execution of SAP consulting projects for our client, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Guide and supervise master data management, configuration, and testing activities performed by the team
* Take full accountability for delivering high-quality project outcomes on-time and within budget
* Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, driving discussions to identify project needs, priorities, and requirements
* Mentor, coach, and support consultants within the team, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth
* Establish training frameworks and support strategies for end-users
* Lead customer and project interviews to define scope, assess feasibility, and shape solution roadmaps
* Contribute to pre-sales activities, effort estimations, and proposal development
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in a SAP Retail functional consultant role
* At least 1 year of experience leading and mentoring teams of SAP consultants
* Deep knowledge of SAP Logistics
* Expertise in SD and MM
* Strong track record of managing full project lifecycles and stakeholder relationships at senior levels
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
