KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take part in developing Huawei CBG (Consumer BG) documents,
- Doing legal research as required by the management;
- Preparing legal memos on civil, antimonopoly, corporate, and other areas of law;
- Working with personal data protection;
- Draft and review legal documents such as sales contracts, procurement contracts, privacy statements, and NDA.
- Preparing compliance training materials;
- Assisting lawyer's team on various issues.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
The successful candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of legal experience;
- Good work attitude and good communication skills；
- Excellent legal search ability;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Profound knowledge of local civil law, corporate law, legal practice;
- Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Consultant +).
