Lawn Round Log — privacy policy
v.sobolenko.vs@gmail.comPrivacy policy — Lawn Round Log
Applies to: the Lawn Round Log Android app (com.gexetr.lawnroundlog), published on Google Play. Last updated: 2026-10-01.
The short version
Lawn Round Log keeps your round on your phone. It creates no account, runs no analytics and uploads nothing you type. The only time the app touches the internet is when you buy or restore the one-time unlock, and that payment is handled by Google Play.
What the app stores, and where
The app stores the round you build: your customers and the order you put them in, the visits you record (mowed, skipped or rained off), the payments you record, and the preferences you choose in Settings. All of it is written to the app's private storage on your device. It is not sent to us and it is not sent to anyone else. Uninstalling the app removes it from the device.
If you turn on Android's own backup for this app, the operating system may copy the app's data to your Google account so you can restore it on a new phone. That copy is controlled by Android and by your device settings; it is not something the app does itself, and we never receive it. You can turn it off in Android's settings at any time.
What the app does not do
- It creates no account and has no login.
- It contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising SDK and no tracking.
- It requests no Android permission of its own — not the network, not location, not contacts, not
storage.
- It does not read your files or export anything without you choosing where it goes. The CSV export
is written only to the location you pick in the system file picker.
The one-time purchase
The unlock is sold through Google Play Billing. When you buy or restore it, Google Play — not this app — processes the payment. Your payment instrument is handled entirely by Google Play and never reaches the app. The app receives only the result: which product you bought and whether you are entitled to it. Google's handling of your payment and account data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Play Terms of Service.
Play Billing reports the purchase record — the product identifiers you bought and their entitlement state — and the app keeps that entitlement on the device so the unlock survives a reinstall. That record belongs to your Google account, not to us.
Children
The app is a work tool for trade operators and is not directed at children. It is not in a child-directed programme.
Your choices and deletion
- Every record the app stores is yours to edit and delete inside the app: customers, visits and
payments can all be changed or removed.
- Deleting a customer removes his visits and payments with him; the app asks first and names what will
be removed.
- Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on the device.
- Because we hold nothing about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side and no export
request to make to us. If you have a question, write to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated text is published at the same address with a new "last updated" date, and the version shown inside the app is updated with it.
