What is liquidity, and how do you invest?

Liquidity as a term is defined as the ability to buy or sell assets in a market without causing radical changes in asset prices. Liquidity can refer to two different areas; liquid market and liquid assets. A market is liquid if there are always investors willing to trade. An asset, on the other hand, is liquid if it is easily convertible into cash.

But what do we mean when we talk about cryptocurrencies?

As with any investment, you want to sell and buy tokens quickly, without requiring a price drop or waiting too long to agree on a deal. For this to be possible, the market in which you trade must be liquid. In other words, there must be high trading activity, and bid and ask prices must not be too different.

Why are there only 150,000 LAVEs that have been burned at zero-address?
