I offer effective therapy using phone and video options. My platform is easy to access - I will make the process comfortable for you.

Life isn't always easy. Even happy occasions can cause emotional stress and anxiety. Utilizing resources such as counseling doesn't mean you are weak or flawed. Instead, it is a sign of courage and awareness that you believe life doesn't have to be this hard and you are willing to do the work to create change. As a client-focused therapist, my primary objective is to provide a safe and trust-worthy environment where, with warmth and compassion, I will guide you through the exploration of your struggles and help you create a more fulfilling life.
I work with individuals, couples and families regarding anxiety and depression, medical issues, life and loss, addiction, trauma, relationship distress. Therapy is guided by the client's unique needs and often promotes self-advocacy and mind/body wellness. I help couples and families by identifying interactional cycles and improving communication.
Having worked with physicians for over two decades, I have a clinical understanding of medical conditions such as trauma, chronic pain, cancer, brain injury, and vascular disease. I integrate this knowledge into our therapeutic relationship to help guide you through the process of acceptance and defining a 'new normal'.
