Launching jobaggregator.io

Today, I'm launching what has been my main side project for the last 12 months – jobaggregator.io – a job platform that aggregates jobs from the career pages of more than 2,500 tech companies. Why? Because when I was job hunting about a year ago, I was frustrated by the fact that the best tech jobs are scattered all over the internet and often well hidden on the career pages of company websites. Most open positions are never posted to major job platforms and are therefore invisible to most potential candidates. This is bad for companies and for candidates.

Currently, there are more than 70,000 jobs listed on jobaggregator.io. More than 3,500 of those are remote jobs.

Here's what's different from other job platforms:

• most of the jobs on jobaggregator.io aren't posted on any other job platform
• all positions on jobaggregator.io are actually open. If a position gets filled or is no longer available, the job will be removed from the platform
• you can specifically search for thousands of remote positions around the world
• a powerful search that allows you to find jobs by keywords and location

Features I'll be working on next:

• email alerts for keywords, companies and locations
• bookmarks for saving interesting jobs and companies
• allowing to post jobs directly on the platform
• adding even more companies and jobs
