Launcher Installer Stuck

I downloaded MC from the official website. When I attempt to launch Launcher Installer, it opens with the message "Making things amazing" and the progress bar doesn't move. I tried closing it and restarting it. I've also tried closing it and opening it. If this doesn't work, then I'm trying Java edition.

Many users haven't been able to solve issues with the new launcher which was released Nov 2.

If you have the game installed and not only on GamePass For now, just download and install the Windows 7/8 launcher. This is the launcher we've all been using for a long time. (Link)

If you'd like to avoid the upgrade nag, just click the shortcut for the old launcher and select compatibility to Windows 8 on the Compatibility tab.

You are a lifesaver! I downloaded it, but it didn't install. Same issue as the person who posted this. MINECRAFT SERVERS worked!

PS Note: Scroll down the link to view a launcher for Windows 7/8. Click it and download it. I'm dumb, i kept downloading window 10/11 again and again.
