• Technical Knowledge: Gaining a strong understanding of audiovisual equipment operation, including troubleshooting minor technical hiccups to ensure a seamless movie experience.
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by attentively addressing client questions, concerns, and requests throughout the event.
