Laughing at small penis is simply a way to be mean and to put down a guy in an unfair manner. In movies, you may have seen such scenes before. It is usually an attractive female character (with a mean and cruel streak) who does this to a typically male loser character. It may seem funny to some but it can be pretty humiliating if it is you at the receiving end of this "laughing at small penis" treatment.
Unfortunately, in real life, it does happen to even the best of guys. So if it happens to you and the woman just laughs at what she claims is your small penis size, here are a few things that may help you:
1.   Realize that there is usually a mean, cruel non-sexual intention when a woman does this to a guy. This can be anything from wanting to get back at the guy for some possible perceived past hurt or simply from an unhealthy ego that just cannot resist trying to crush those it deems to be "below their stature".
