In my course I will focus on three main writing systems, which are official under the law of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In this topic I'll write about Latin alphabet. As soon as I'll have other themes done I'll leave links here.
LATIN ALPHABET

Pairs: Voiced - Voiceless
B - P | V - F | G - K | Ğ - Q | D - T | J - Ş | C - Ç
If a word ends on voiced consonant it sounds like voiceless
tabib - [tabip]
it affects on inflections
ex. Tabib - doctor | to doctor - tabibqa (not tabibğa cuz sound p is voiceless regardless b is voiced)
Nasal letters
If a word ends on nasal letter it has a different plural form.
ex. Streets - Uramnar (not Uramlar)
Rules of spelling
Main rule: “It’s spelled the way it sounds”
Exceptions:
- ı after o
If the word sounds like it has two or more letters "o" that means it actually have only one letter o
ex. Nose - Borın (sounds [BORON])
2. e after ö
same as 1
ex. Fox - Tölke (sounds [TÖLKÖ])
