Through our bilingual newspaper, El Tecolote , we inform Bay Area Latino communities about the issues that affect their lives.
Each year we produce an array of visual, literary and performing arts events and activities that involve local community members.
The Juan R. Fuentes Gallery showcases the talent of established and emerging artists whose work reflects the nuances of Latino life.
Our extensive archives, which date back to 1970, provide detailed documentation of Latinos’ unique contributions to San Francisco.
The internship positions we offer are flexible. We can work collaboratively to create an internship that meets your academic/career goals and our current needs.
Unlike internships, there are no time and duration requirements for people who want to volunteer with our organization. We could use all the help we can get.
Our volunteers get the chance to connect with an organization that is deeply rooted in the community, committed to values of social justice, and doing cool things in the arts and media.
Our offices may be closed, but we are still doing amazing work with cultural events and El Tecolote , our bilingual newspaper.
