I used & to show the R&D acronym in Latex, but it is displayed like this image
How can I fix that?
To quote from the acronym package documentation:
If the acronym requires problematic or complicate TEX stuff (font commands, . . . ), then this code can be given in the optional argument ⟨short name⟩. The first argument ⟨acronym⟩ is then a simpler string to identify the acronym.
So in your case you can use \acro{RD}[R\&D]{...} to avoid the problem with \& :

Since our launch in 2015 we’ve published 450+ films, from cinematic featurettes and photoshoots to cosplay and couture. We showcase latex fashion along with the models and designers who wear and create it. Reaching a growing audience of 500,000 monthly viewers.

In 2020 LatexFashionTV was the September cover for the prestigious ‘FETlSHlSTAS’ with a feature on LFTV’s evolution into one of the scene’s most respected video labels, documenting the latex world.
August saw us launch an often requested LFTV Patreon – where fans can get DVD style extras including bonus scenes and squeaky outtakes – to a phenominal response.
Production halted in 2020 as we went on hiatus during the global pandemic. Working from home we launched our new latex podcast show ‘Unzipped’ with renown latex model Zoe Page.
In 2019 LatexFashionTV won the Special EFA award at GFB Weekend in Berlin for “ Excellence and outstanding achievements in the fashion world and promotion of the international latex scene. ” We were honoured to receive such a prestigious award and thank everyone for their support.
We also filmed in Paris for an upcoming feature on the Parisian latex scene and had some of our footage used on broadcast television in the UK for a Channel 5 documentary on the alternative scene.
Many of our films were displayed as installations at latex designer Am Statik’s 10th anniversary showcase. We also produced the introduction film to designer Yummy Gummy’s closing fashion show at GFBW 2019.
We’re featured by SourceFed, Skin Two, Marquis, Bizarre, Front, Sexhibition, KFS Media, Film Festivals, FETlSHlSTAS, Magazines and used on television in Europe and the US to promote alt fashion. (image: Dutch TV’s Studio PowNed)
In 2018 American lifestyle channel e360 TV began airing LFTV segments as part of it’s fashion and culture programming. We were also featured in a worldwide latex documentary available of Amazon, Hulu and iTunes.
In 2017 a selection of our fashion films were chosen to play at Moda360, a prestigious Los Angeles festival of Fashion, Art and Film over the summer.
LatexFashionTV was nominated at the EFA awards 2017 for “ an amazing breakout year with coverage of the world’s biggest event s “.
Sexhibition was a huge three day event filled with rubber fashion, models and the largest collection of latex designers brought together in the UK.
In 2016 we sponsored ‘ The Sexhibition Awards ‘ as well as the individual award for ‘Latex Designer of the Year ‘. We reported daily from the show with films screened over the weekend at Sexhibition Cinema.
We’re a recognised show on IMDb with hundreds of episodes, winning various awards and international recognition. We work with models across all genres from alternative to high fashion, from GQ Italia’s Vivi Sterling to Game of Thrones’ Valis Volkova.
