前輩不懈怠照顧著我們的衛生福利,後生我由衷的感佩,並向您深深的一鞠躬。
在我書寫這份摘要當天,您公務繁忙,直到下午六點才能公布:在新增的16例中重症者裡面,15例皆施打過新冠疫苗,相信您一定比我們更心急。
身為醫學院學生的我,自告奮勇整理出第一份共筆,為民眾科普近來有關新冠疫苗的研究發現。
本篇主題是: mRNA與載體(Vector)疫苗是否會影響人體DNA?
這個主題攸關我們即將施打的兒童新冠疫苗- - -要是mRNA或載體(Vector)疫苗足以影響人體DNA,這些效應將對兒童的生長發育造成史詩級的巨大影響。
美國一個民間團體ICAN去年透過Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)要求CDC提供證據證明mRNA與載體(Vector)疫苗不會影響人體DNA.

CDC坦承沒有任何文件能證明ICAN所提出的四個問題,CDC請ICAN向FDA詢問。
CDC這邊告一段落,希望日後能看到FDA的回覆。
整理(新冠mRNA疫苗確實會逆轉錄為DNA影響人體的)已知科學證據如下:

Intracellular Reverse Transcription of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 In Vitro in Human Liver Cell Line

“Immunohistochemistry using antibody binding to LINE-1 open reading frame-1 RNA-binding protein (ORFp1) on Huh7 cells treated with BNT162b2 indicated increased nucleus distribution of LINE-1. PCR on genomic DNA of Huh7 cells exposed to BNT162b2 amplified the DNA sequence unique to BNT162b2. Our results indicate a fast up-take of BNT162b2 into human liver cell line Huh7, leading to changes in LINE-1 expression and distribution. We also show that BNT162b2 mRNA is reverse transcribed intracellularly into DNA in as fast as 6 h upon BNT162b2 exposure.”
這篇論文是用人類肝癌細胞株做實驗,證實BNT疫苗的mRNA進入Huh-7 cell之後會活化LINE-1 (Reverse transcriptase)使mRNA轉變成ds DNA插進染色體。

文中的兩張圖已清楚說明疫苗mRNA--->ds DNA in chromosome--->mRNA--->Spike protein 60天的動態表現。單純疫苗mRNA--->Spike protein,mRNA與Spike protein不可能在淋巴組織存在超過兩週。

“Results demonstrated induction of circulating exosomes expressing spike protein on day 14 after vaccination followed by Abs 14 d after the second dose. Exosomes with spike protein, Abs to SARS-CoV-2 spike, and T cells secreting IFN-γ and TNF-α increased following the booster dose. Transmission electron microscopy of exosomes also demonstrated spike protein Ags on their surface. Exosomes with spike protein and Abs decreased in parallel after four months.”
這一篇文章,顯示打完兩劑BNT疫苗四個月後,血中的Exosome仍含有(疫苗抗原)Spike protein.

“Here we provide evidence that circulating SARS-CoV-2 proteins are present in the plasma of participants vaccinated with the mRNA-1273 vaccine.“
