I guess it’s finally time for me to say goodbye. I’d like to officially announce that I’m stepping down from my position as one of the admins of Glitch Base. This decision wasn’t made overnight, but after giving it some thought, I realized that I need to focus more on my personal matters and things outside of the base, so I feel that stepping down is the best decision for me at this point.
To all my fellow admins, thank you for every discussion, every problem we handled together, every random conversation, and all the little moments that made being an admin here more than just a responsibility. Working alongside you guys has given me a lot of memories and lessons that I’ll carry with me even after leaving.
To all the Glitchers, thank you for being part of my journey here. Whether we talked often, interacted through the base, joked around, or simply happened to see each other here every day, you were all part of my experience in Glitch. Being an admin wasn’t always easy. There were good days, exhausting days, complicated moments, and probably a few times when we questioned why we signed up for this shit in the first place. But looking back, I’m still grateful that I got to experience it all with you.
My biggest impression of Glitch is how many different people and moments I got to encounter here. Some were brief, some stayed longer, but each of them left something behind. I learned a lot from being here, not only about being an admin, but also about working with people, handling problems, and knowing when to step forward or step back.
For my last message, I hope everyone who has been part of Glitch carries the memories we made here with them. Thank you for keeping this place alive, even if only for a chapter. Whatever comes next, I hope you all continue to find good people, good places, and new memories wherever you go.
I also want to apologize for any mistakes I made during my time here. If I ever said or did something wrong, handled something poorly, or unintentionally made anyone uncomfortable, I’m truly sorry. I may not have been the perfect admin, but I always tried to contribute in the best way I could.
Glitch has given me a lot of memories that I’ll carry with me. I’m genuinely glad I got to be part of this place, contribute to it, and experience this chapter with all of you.
And with that, I’ll close this chapter of Glitch, grateful for everything it gave me and everyone I met along the way. Until we meet again, Glitchers.
