The Sea Carolyn Part of Las Colinas (Irving) will see some important real estate progress task within the coming years. Period I of structure is planned for delivery in fall 2010.North Shore - Fram Development is preparing to construct around 1,000 residential devices, 100,000 sqft of retail room and 400,000 sqft of company space on Pond Carolyn and M Las Colinas Blvd. Project charges are estimated to be $300MM.Crow Holdings Website #1 - Crow Holdings possesses 2 sites on River Carolyn. This website boundaries the north of Pond Carolyn and the south of Northwest Highway.
