Lara is an accomplished professional with expertise in analytics and market research. She has extensive experience on both the agency and client side of the industry and has worked at organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Lara is currently active in the digital analytics community and mentors three professionals through the Digital Analytics Association (DAA) and its Women in Analytics (WiA) initiative. She also enjoys volunteering and tweeting about all things digital in her spare time ( @Lara4Analytics ).
Lara holds a BA in Literature from American University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

I love movies. I love them so much that I wrote a book about them. I get this from my mother, who grew up literally in Hollywood, where her father was janitor at Columbia Pictures. Great stories there!
Dog walker. My first client was an English bulldog named Gator who refused to move unless his human mom came with him. With much praising and a bit of coaxing, we finally learned to walk together — without mom.

Lära Fisher has more than 20 years of experience and success in youth education and human services for underserved communities, and understands the unique challenges faced by small to midsize nonprofits. She most recently served as CEO and President of the South County Outreach – Hunger and Homeless Services Agency in Irvine, California, earning the distinction of 2019 California Nonprofit of the Year and chairing a county-wide, 18-agency member Family Solutions Collaborative. At the South County Outreach, she was responsible for the operation and management of five business centers: Housing, Food Pantry, Rental & Utility Assistance, Computer Learning Lab and Thrift Store; with a focus on rebranding, increased visibility, and increased financial stability. Her prior position with Boy Scouts of America solidified her exceptional fundraising and donor relations skills on a national level, as featured on the Today Show , Good Morning America , Oprah , among others, as well as national and local print media. Her career began at Loras College in marketing and media relations roles of increasing responsibility. Fisher holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from Iowa State University.
