Lala Kent does not miss having sex with her ex-fiancé, Randall Emmett.
“I’ve been sober for over three years, and I had the same partner,” the “Vanderpump Rules” star, 31, said during Tuesday’s episode of her “Give Them Lala” podcast.
“I had sex sober, which I couldn’t wait for it to be over most of the time.”
Kent – who has been sober since 2018 – went on to say that having sex with someone else will be interesting. She confessed that, prior to Emmett, she hadn’t had “sober” sex with a new partner “probably since I was 17.”
“I was sober when I lost my virginity, but after that? I’m a drinker, girl!” she joked to guest co-host Melissa Gorga. “Like, I’m a bag of fun.”
“So not only is it that, like, I’m going into new territory, where it’s like I’m going to be banging it out without an ounce of alcohol in my system,” Kent said. “However, I think it’s going to be fun, because I’ve been like talking to a few people, and I’m like, ‘I f–king got it. I still got it.’”
Kent previously hinted that her sex life with Emmett, 50, wasn’t all that in a shady post shared to Instagram last month.
“Tis the season for a little extra self-care! I’m giving away *thousands* of free vibrators and goodies to celebrate the holidays!” Kent captioned a photo of herself posing with a sex toy. “It’s the best sexy time I’ve had in five years and eight months.”
Kent’s decision to begin a substance-free lifestyle was also documented on “Pump Rules” after she “was drunk four days” in a row while on a trip to Disney World with Emmett and his kids.
“I went with my family and Rand’s family to Disney World and I was drunk four days straight from morning until night,” Kent admitted during the Season 7 reunion in 2019. “I get on the plane. I’m face-chugging out of a bottle, and the next morning I woke up and said, ‘I will never live this way again.’ And I reached out and got help.”
Page Six exclusively broke the news that Kent dumped Emmett in October 2021 after photos of him hanging out with multiple women in Nashville surfaced on social media.
The movie producer proposed to Kent in September 2018 in Mexico. The former couple originally planned to tie the knot in April 2020, but postponed their nuptials due to the coronavirus pandemic. They share one child together: daughter Ocean, 10 months.
A rep for Emmett did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Lala Kent is looking better than ever on her 29th birthday.
The Vanderpump Rules star took a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to celebrate her big day Monday with some of her best friends, including costars Stassi Schroeder and Katie Maloney-Schwartz .
To mark the occasion, Kent shared a steamy photo on Instagram, stripping all the way down to her “birthday suit.”
“Celebrating my birthday in my birthday suit,” she captioned the picture. “I’m thankful for my incredible fiancé, my beautiful family and friends, and my dad who is sending me love & blessings from above. ”
Schroeder, 31, and Maloney-Schwartz, 32, also shared their own sexy snaps from the birthday trip, both wearing black one-piece swimsuits.
“Not on brand but f— it: Hot girl summer. Okay bye. Can I watch Hocus Pocus in sweats now?” Schroeder joked in her caption.
Maloney-Schwartz also shared a selfie of her and Kent to honor her friend’s birthday, writing, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SISTER WIFE! I luh you sooo much!!!!”
The Bravo stars made sure to document the festivities on their Instagram Stories, sharing sweet videos of Kent’s fiancé, Randall Emmett , bringing out two cakes while everyone sang “Happy Birthday.”
Kent could be seen laughing and smiling in the videos before Emmett gave her a big kiss on the cheek once the song was over.
Kent and Emmett, 48, got engaged on her birthday last year while also in Cabo San Lucas.
Schroeder, Maloney-Schwartz and Kent showed off their engagement rings to fans while celebrating the reality star’s birthday this year, laughing over having similar ring sizes.
“Not to brag but like, No s—,” Schroeder wrote on her Story. “Our rings fit best friends.”
Schroeder got engaged to boyfriend Beau Clark in July, while Maloney-Schwartz and husband Tom Schwartz have been married since 2016, though they just got their marriage license this year .

Emmett also shared a sweet tribute to his fiancée in honor of her birthday this year.
“Happy Birthday to my angel who I love and adore till the end of time. I’m the luckiest man on the planet to call you my own,” he began. “Your heart is pure and love true. Your [sic] my best friend and lover and today we celebrate you @lalakent.”
“Your [sic] a boss and leader. You give everyone a piece of yourself and for that we are all so lucky and blessed,” he continued. “I love you hun always and forever. Happy birthday.”

Lala Kent has some hang-ups about sex after becoming a mom.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 30, answered fan questions on her Instagram Story this week, including a few who were curious about Kent's sex life with fiancé Randall Emmett. The couple welcomed baby daughter Ocean on March 15, and Kent says while she was pregnant, sex wasn't on their mind.
"We only did it twice. Because I was put on bed rest a few times, then her head was RIGHT THERE. We both had no interest," she wrote with a laughing emoji after a user asked, "How was sex while u were pregnant towards the end?"
Another follower inquired about postpartum sex. Kent says, "It's different! I feel weird doing it with this face sleeping next to us..." while sharing a photo of the infant smiling for the camera.

During an Amazon Live conversation last month, the Give Them Lala author told Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant that Emmett is eager to have another baby ASAP.
"I love that you asked that, because I thought I was gonna have to fight so hard to get baby No. 2. Randall, two days ago, was like, 'I think I'm ready to start trying again,' " she said at the time. "I was like, 'I'm still trying to get my bounce-back bod on!' I am not about to get pregnant again!"
Also in her Instagram Story Q&A this week, Kent says she wants one more baby at some point, noting that it took her and Emmett two months to conceive Ocean, having sex daily, "sometimes twice" a day, she recalls.
Kent told Entertainment Tonight last month that she has a newfound appreciation for mothers after becoming a parent herself.
"I'm strong in a way that I really didn't think that I was. I used to see moms and be like, 'Oh, that's so cute. They're a mom...' and now I have a different respect for them," she said at the time. "And I can't believe that I embody the things that moms are supposed to. You just kind of sink into it. And I didn't think that I had that in me."

Lala Kent says she no longer finds sex enjoyable after her relationship with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett ended last year.
“For me at this stage in my life, and what I’ve been through … sex is tainted for me,” the “Vanderpump Rules” star, 31, said on Wednesday’s episode of her “Give Them Lala” podcast .
“It’s dirty, it’s gross. It represents something that it shouldn’t represent,” she continued. “Because I’m just dealing with a lot of emotions, sex just freaks me out.”
Kent suggested that she may seek professional help to unpack her current feelings about physical intimacy.
“I don’t want any part of it and I’m going to have to probably go and have therapy to, like, connect with the meaning of sex,” she added.
The reality star — who shares 1-year-old daughter Ocean with Emmett, 51 — went on to say that her “ho phase” has expired as she now views sex “differently.”
Back in January, Kent admitted in another episode of her podcast that she dreaded sex with Emmett throughout their relationship.
“I’ve been sober for over three years, and I had the same partner,” she said at the time. “I had sex sober, which I couldn’t wait for it to be over most of the time.”
Kent called off her three-year engagement to Emmett in October 2021 after he allegedly cheated on her during a solo trip to Nashville.
Though the Hollywood producer has not copped to any infidelity, he recently admitted to making “mistakes” while coupled up with Kent.
“I’ve made mistakes, she’s made mistakes, but I’m never going to bring that to light because that’s just not right,” he said on pal Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi’s podcast, “Genuinely GG,” this week.
“For me, I just don’t feel it’s appropriate. I can’t tell her what to do. She’s a strong woman, and I just hope that in time that kind of all mellows out.”
Kent has previously called her relationship with Emmett the “worst thing” to ever happen to her , at one point claiming she felt it “wasn’t ever real.”
In December 2021, the “Give Them Lala” author exclusively told Page Six that she feels “amazing” without Emmett by her side.
“I’m out here on my own, completely independent from anybody,” she said at the time. “The only way to describe it is I feel free and liberated — and the strongest I’ve ever felt in my life.”
