I have been drinking this tea for about 10 years now. I use 2 tea bags around 8pm at night and let them steep for 10 minutes then by 7:30 the next morning my pipes are clean again. Great if you're looking for something gentle yet very effective for constipation, maintaining your weight or removing toxins from your body.

The first time I tried this I followed the instructions exactly and nothing. I was disappointed. About a week later I tried again and doubled the instructions. Again nothing. Finally last time I tried it I doubled the instructions and drank 2 full glasses of the doubled instructions. About 12 hours later it kicked in, and holy cow. Let's just say it kicked in for a good 10 hours and I had to call in sick to work. So it does work just be careful what you ask for.

It's a little pricey as you only get 12 bags per box but whether you use it every day or every other day I find that this product does work especially if you are having issues with constipation. I also suggest using this every other day & using the lower strength on the days you don't use this product to avoid getting your body addicted to needing the product.

Crapped my brains out so I lost something lol
tastes ok....didn't do much in the way of cleansing.

This product contains Senna.Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.
Orange peel (citrus reticulata), cinnamon spice and other natural flavors, marshmallow (althaea officinalis), eleuthero root (eleutherococcus senticosus), licorice root (glycyrrhiza glabra), papaya leaf (carica papaya), chrysanthemum flower (chrysanthemum morifolium) and Japanese honeysuckle leaf (lonicera japonica).
Pour 12 oz. boiling water over tea bag and let steep for 2 minutes.Do not over steep! Press tea bag gently and remove.Drink one 6 oz. cup after your evening meal, saving the rest for the following day (may be enjoyed hot or cold). Three or four days later, you may increase the strength and flavor of your tea if you wish by brewing with 6 oz. of water.It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period.
