En 2014, « La petite robe noire couture » fait suite à l’énorme succès de « La petite robe noire » sorti deux ans plus tôt. « La petite robe noire » étant la robe préférée des femmes modernes, il était tout naturel que Guerlain décide d’agrandir leur dressing en proposant des déclinaisons de sa fragrance star. Chic et ultra glamour, « La petite robe noire couture » s’affiche désormais avec une robe fendue laissant entrevoir un côté de la jambe. La fragrance, toujours aussi romantique, offre néanmoins, un aspect plus pétillant et plus audacieux que son ainé.
Bien que Thierry Wasser succède à 4 générations de parfumeurs du nom de Guerlain, il faut savoir qu’il ne fait pas partie de cette famille. Cela n’empêche cependant pas, Thierry Wasser, de considérer Jean-Paul Guerlain comme son père et surtout comme son mentor. À ce sujet, il affirme « Notre relation relève de l’ordre du sensible et de l’irrationnel. Ce qui est tout à fait dans les cordes d’un parfumeur ». Thierry Wasser est un homme doté d’un immense talent, instinctif et profond qui adore les voyages et les matières premières ! Thierry Wasser s’efforce d’être fidèle à l’état d’esprit de la maison Guerlain, en perpétuant l’héritage de ses prédécesseurs. Avec son audace et son originalité, Thierry Wasser a réussi à s’inscrire brillamment dans la lignée des parfumeurs Guerlain. En 2012, il révolutionne le monde de la parfumerie avec « La petite robe noire ». On lui doit d’autres grands parfums comme « Idylle », ou encore « Mon Guerlain ».
La version « couture » de « La petite robe noire » se veut plus pétillante et sa construction est plus chyprée que l’originale. « La petite robe noire couture » débute par les tonalités fruitées et sucrées de la framboise, vite rejointe par la fraicheur de la bergamote. La framboise est le fruit du framboisier qui pousse généralement aux abords méditerranéens. En parfumerie, la framboise ne peut pas générer d’huile essentielle, elle est donc reproduite en laboratoire de façon synthétique. La framboise est utilisée dans les parfums féminins, le plus souvent au sein de compositions gourmandes, florales ou orientales. Elle dégage des tonalités pétillantes, acidulées ou sucrées. Le cœur évolue vers des tonalités à la fois florales et chyprées car il conjugue la rose, déjà présente dans « La petite robe noire », et un accord chypré-patchouli. Enfin, le fond se veut racé et ultra sensuel grâce à la présence de la fève tonka, de la mousse de chêne et du vétiver. L’ensemble est contenu dans le flacon iconique de « La petite robe noire ». Néanmoins, pour son défilé haute couture, la robe noire, toujours dessinée à l’encre de Chine, est longue, élégante et fendue dévoilant une épaule et habillant l’autre d’une bretelle nouée.

Mes expérimentations autour du patron Hanoï, issu de mon livre "Apprendre à coudre ses robes et petits hauts", continuent... 
Après avoir simplifié le patron en supprimant la patte de boutonnage et le volant froncé avec ce petit haut en double gaze de coton , j'ai voulu modifier la version robe. 
Comme pour le petit haut, j'ai supprimé la patte de boutonnage et je l'ai remplacé par une simple parementure. C'est une technique que je préfère et qui se prêtait mieux à mon tissu crêpe très fluide et difficile à travailler. 
Quant au volant, j'ai choisi de rendre ma robe taille haute et non taille basse comme dans le livre. Pour cela, j'ai coupé le haut de la robe avec l'ourlet prévu pour le petit haut, et j'ai allongé les volants pour qu'ils fassent 50 cm environ. 
Dernière modification du patron : les manches. L'hiver approche et je voulais des manches longues. Le côté chemise de ce patron avec ses boutons m'a donné envie de manches chemise. Je me suis donc tournée vers mon dernier livre "Ma garde-robe sur-mesure" et j'ai utilisé la manche 2 du chapitre "Chemises et Blouses".
Enfin, petite astuce de couturière :) Ma machine à coudre n'a réussi à faire de belles boutonnières pour cette robe, probablement à cause du fil trop fin et de l'aiguille trop fine. N'ayant pas le matériel sous la main et ayant très envie de porter rapidement la robe, j'ai cousu directement mes boutons sur les deux épaisseurs sans boutonnières. La robe ne peut donc pas s'ouvrir mais vu la forme très évasée, cela ne pose aucun problème ! Pour celles qui n'ont pas une machine très perfectionnée ou qui ont peur des boutonnières, c'est une très bonne solution. 
@JULIE : j’ai utilisé la manche de mon dernier livre “Ma garde-robe sur mesure” que j’ai monté sur la blouse Hanoï sans aucune modification.
J’adore cette version avec les manches chemises. Avez-vous adapté la manche de la blouse Hanoï avec la manche chemise ou avez-vous carrément repris le patron de la manche chemise ? Je suis entrain de faire la blouse Hanoï et je voudrais des manches longues. Merci pour votre réponse. :o)

J’ai déjà réalisé le haut Hanoï il y a quelques mois, alors que je débutais tout juste en couture et vous en remercie. J’ai d’ailleurs appris la couture grâce à trois de vos livres. J’avoue que cette version robe me plaît beaucoup et peux être inspiré sous différents styles. Je pencherais pour une robe “bohème”, blanche, avec des détails en broderie anglaise. A suivre…
Il vous faudra 2 mètres de tissu en 1m40 de largeur pour réaliser cette robe. Un peu moins si vous voulez moins d’ampleur au niveau de la jupe. Bonne couture !

@mo choudhury I own both bottles and the juice is the same. All masculine fragrances are being put into an identical new bottle design. I guess this a way to cut costs, as the bottles are all exactly the same, except from the labels. The fragrances themselves are unchanged.
This is a nice fruity summer scent. The Cherry, blood orange and passion fruit combo of top notes is lovely but when the top notes fade, the scent is gone. Longevity = 10 minutes.

Idk why it’s called “Lilac” anything. There’s not even a lilac note in it. It smells like a lavender vanilla air freshener from the dollar store.
Cheap blind buy. Very sweet floral, yellow flowers and I’m also getting rose. A touch of warm spice in the background, that’s probably what they’re calling amber. Definitely no oud, a very safe feminine fragrance. I’ll pass it to my mom if she likes this one.

I second pacific rock moss but also will add sel de argent by BDK which I like even more than PRM…. The dry downs are very similar, but PRM has a bit more floral in the dry down and more citrus in the opening…. I much prefer the experience of SDA.

Guerlain launches La Petite Robe Noire Couture at the beginning of 2014 as a new flanker of the hugely successful La Petite Robe Noire perfume line. This new fragrance is conceived as glamorous, more chypre and fit for the red carpet.
The composition is floral - fruity, vivacious, bubbly and somewhat eccentric, retaining some of the distinctive gourmand character. Top notes include sparkling bergamot and raspberry, which is the main fruity ingredient of this new version. The heart presents rose laid on its chypre base of patchouli, vetiver, tonka bean and moss.
The illustration on the bottle this time shows a glamorous, strapless long evening dress. The fragrance is available in Eau de Parfum concentration.
