Using movement as a force, BLACK.ECO is a dance film that dives into the many worlds that exist within a Black woman. We open on a self-assured and poetic guide, whose sculptural hair is adorned in constellations. With her invitation, we dive into four ecosystems that reside within her, each with distinct movement, casting, color and sound worlds exploring four forms of Black joy. We return to our guide one final time to find her transformed. Touching on the divinity of the body, sisterhood, and being, BLACK.ECO invites us to experience Black fantasy as a shiny vehicle for transcendence.
Shauna Davis is an LA-based dancer and choreographer who has worked with Ryan Murphy, Dallas Black Dance Theatre, LA Chamber Orchestra, and Kanye West.

La mamma is the eleventh French studio album by the French singer Charles Aznavour , released in 1963. [2] It achieved TOP1 in France for several weeks, [3] Spain (also TOP1), [4] it was a TOP10 hit in Belgium, Holland, and other countries. It became a bestseller, [5] and sold over a million copies only in France. [6] The English version of 'La Mama' entitled 'For Mama', was written in 1964, with words by Don Black [7] and became a hit in Philippines. [8] In the US Ray Charles performed it.
The album includes songs by Charles Aznavour , Georges Garvarentz and others.

Im Mai 2010 begann die musikalische Karriere der Gruppe, die von Pedro Tatanka, Ciro Cruz und Miguel Casais gegründet worden war. Der Name „The Black Mamba“ steht für die hypnotisierende Musik der Band.
Das erste Album The Black Mamba erschien 2010 und war in Portugal recht erfolgreich, so dass sie im folgenden Jahr auf einigen internationalen Festivals – z. B. in Luanda , Madrid , São Paulo oder auch Philadelphia – spielten. Vier Jahre nach der Veröffentlichung des ersten Albums folgte das nächste Album Dirty Little Brother , was sie in Lissabon und New York City produzierten. 2015 folgte eine weitere internationale Tour, wo sie wieder auf Festivals spielten. Am Ende der Tournee verließ Ciro Cruz, einer der Gründungsmitglieder, die Gruppe.
Das dritte Album The Mamba King erschien 2018 – während der Promotion trat die Gruppe in Amsterdam auf, wo sie eine alte Dame kennenlernten, die ihnen von ihrem schweren Leben erzählte, aber meinte, dass „die Liebe immer an ihrer Seite war“. Dieser Ausspruch inspirierte Pedro Tatanka zum Lied Love Is on My Side , mit dem die Band am 6. März 2021 das Festival da Canção 2021 gewann. Sie belegte sowohl beim Juryvoting als auch beim Televoting den zweiten Platz, was für den Sieg reichte. [4] [5] Beim Eurovision Song Contest 2021 schließlich erreichte die Gruppe das Finale, wo sie den 12. Platz erreichte.
