★ PLACING AN ORDER

— send your order form directly to the @lamaisoon on twitter or @wuwalices on tele and wait for a reply confirming that it’s been received. every request is handled manually and in order of arrival, so we appreciate your patience while it’s being processed.

★ REFUND POLICY

— please note that refunds cannot be issued for matters beyond our control — this includes system disruptions, buyer input errors, or any external condition that interrupts the process.

★ ABOUT PAYMENT

— payment can only be made through QRIS and the order will only be done if it has been paid in full at the beginning to avoid hit and run. for order cancellation, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU DO NOT BUY.

★ PROCESSING TIME

— processing time can be estimated up to max. 2 weeks or 14 days, depending on the busyness of the admins. for rush purchases can be discussed first. if your order list is already listed in the order queue, then it cannot be changed anymore.

★ WORKING HOUR

— La Maison admin working hours start from 08.00 — 10.00 UTC+7, the start time of working in rush also starts from working hours, not outside of work. (for example you order at 07.00, and you want to rush within 6 hours, then the rush will be counted from the working time and when you send the payment, then it counted 6 hours after that time)

★ ABOUT STAMPS

— to get stamps, you must be our channel subscriber, buy at least IDR10.000 total purchases, and fill out an honest review, if the collected stamps have been fulfilled, then you will get any type of free purchase (manips, moodboard, storyboard, etc. sold at La Maison)
