The Local Colorists are an open group of creative individuals that come together to create unique and original art. We encourage you to participate by sharing your creativity with us. Our goal is to showcase the best in local color and encourage you to show your best work to our members.
Come join us for an informal evening of art and conversation. Don’t be shy, it’s all about you. The Local Colorist’s have a special place in their hearts for you.

About Us

I was born in London, grew up in New York City, and now live in Toronto. I am a freelance colorist who has worked with numerous publications including The New York Times, Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, W magazine, Marie Claire, InStyle, and many others.

Local colorists are a group of like-minded people who share a passion for color. These people are not professional colorists. They don't have a formal training or qualifications. However, they are all passionate about color and enjoy spending their time with other like-minded colorists to share their knowledge and experience.
We have a handful of local colorists who are available to work with you. Please contact us if you want to book a local colorist for your event.

LOCAL COLORIST IN CHARLOTTESVILLE:

If you would like to book an event locally, please email us at info@localcolorists.com. We do not currently have any availability for local events in Charlottesville, but we will work with our clients to make sure their event is done right.
We are local colorists, and we believe in the importance of the colorist in a salon. We offer personal consultation to each client, to find out what color you want. Our clients are looking for an individual approach to their hair. We are here to help you feel comfortable and beautiful!

Local colorists welcome!
We are a group of local colorists who meet monthly to exchange ideas, share work, and help each other. We meet at the same time each month on the second Wednesday of the month, 6:30-8:00pm, at the Community Center.

At The Londinium we have a great range of local colourists who can work with you to create a beautiful, unique and personalised design that is perfect for you.

Our local colourist is based in the Surrey Hills and is able to travel to clients throughout the UK. We are also happy to work with a local studio or venue if you require a bespoke design. Please contact us for more information.

Lily & Co. Local Colorists are a team of 3 local colorists that are dedicated to bringing the best in hair color services to Dallas, TX. We have been providing our clients with personalized hair color and hair care services since 2008. With our team, we can provide you with a variety of hair and skin care treatments that will leave you feeling beautiful and healthy.
We are a local group of colorists, with over 70 members. We are open to new members interested in learning how to color hair and makeup for the stage, film and television. We have a strong focus on creating original and unique artistic color combinations.
