As of 2025, the company's assets are reported under two segments: Streaming and Studios (which consists of the Warner Bros. and DC-branded film and television studios, alongside the company's consumer products, licensing and publishing divisions as well as HBO and the company's streaming services, including Max and Discovery+ and WBD's video game division) and Global Linear Networks (which consists of the company's domestic and international television portfolio including its entertainment, lifestyle, news and sports networks).

Warner Bros. GamesWarner Bros. Games (formerly Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment) is an American video game publisher based in Burbank, California. The publisher was founded as a division of Warner Bros. on January 14, 2004, as well as the WB Games brand. Warner Bros. Games manages the wholly owned game development studios TT Games, Rocksteady Studios, NetherRealm Studios, WB Games Boston, Avalanche Software and WB Games Montréal among others.

It was formed from WarnerMedia's spin-off by AT&T and merger with Discovery, Inc. on April 8, 2022. The company's properties are divided into two divisions: Streaming & Studios—which consists of the flagship Warner Bros. studios, HBO, DC Entertainment, and the company's streaming services among other properties, and Global Linear Networks—which largely consists of advertising-supported cable networks inherited from its predecessors Discovery (such as Discovery Channel among others), Scripps Networks Interactive (such as HGTV among others), and Turner Broadcasting System (such as Cartoon Network, CNN, TBS, and TNT among others). Warner Bros. Discovery International is also included in the division, which oversees WBD's broadcasting operations outside of the United States.

Other international offices are located in São Paulo, Santiago, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Milan, Mumbai, Paris, Singapore, Bogotá, and Auckland amongst others.

Discovery that oversees the operations of many of its television channels and assets owned and operated in the United States and other regions. The division was created in 2019 by AT&T's WarnerMedia, combining with another division, Warner Bros. Entertainment to change itself to WarnerMedia Studios & Networks. The split came out in 2022 following the sale of WarnerMedia to Discovery, Inc., and finally, on May 5, 2025, Warner Bros. Discovery integrated its US and international television networks including Warner Bros. Discovery U.S. Networks into one division called Warner Bros. Discovery Global Linear Networks.

TVN Warner Bros. DiscoveryTVN Warner Bros. Discovery (formerly known as TVN Grupa Discovery) is a Polish media company that is a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery International. The business includes the assets of the TVN Group, a media company acquired by Scripps Networks Interactive, which later got bought by Discovery, Inc. Originally, with the merger of WarnerMedia with Discovery, Inc., and the restructuration of its international business, the company's Polish assets, instead of being under Warner Bros. Discovery EMEA control, were left under its own subsidiary under control of Kasia Kieli, who is also a president of TVN Group.
