LISS ART WORK TERMS OF SERVICE

Before asking for a commission, please read my TOS carefully. Once the commission is accepted you give me to understand that you have no problem with the terms of service that will apply.

REFERENCES AND CHARACTER(S)

• Clear character references and a description (no matter how long) of the situation where you want the character to be will be needed.

• I may not accept poor references with unclear colors, details...

• Images of poses, backgrounds, setting are greatly appreciated, the more details the more specific the commission will be.

• If you liked any of my work in particular feel free to send me the piece if you like something similar or in the same style.

WORK PROCESS

• My deadline is with a minimum of 3 weeks to a maximum of 3 months from the time the commission starts!

• Will keep in contact with the client, showing WIPs such as sketch, lineart and check that all patterns are correct.

• Small changes will be accepted. I always accept positive critiques in reference to correct anatomy or shape of the character.

• A few of doodles will be given to know what the client's compositional preference is.

• I reserve the right to use totally discarded sketches as future YCH or for personal use.

• I'm not much for artistic freedom, but you can ask no problem if I'm willing to do it or not!

EXTRA CHARGES

• Extra charges may be added if there are changes after sketch approved, whether in lineart, color or pose.

• Extra charges will be added if the commission requires many details or elements.

• If you want to prioritize the commission to finish it earlier or in a short deadline an extra charge will be added.

ABOUT THE COMMISSION

• It will be delivered a full resolution .png file by Telegram or e-mail.

• Depending on the commission, the size of the canvas can vary, ranging from 2000xp to 6000xp.

• Commissions can be used for anything for personal use.

• You will have to give me credits on any of my social media when the image is used.

• You can edit, crop or modify in any way you like as long as you do not remove my watermark.

• You can NOT remove or cover the watermark.

• NO commercial use or use to profit from it! If that is the intention contact me to discuss an extra fee.

• I will post the commission on all my social media and it will be added as part of my portfolio.

• You may be ask not to post the commission until XX date for whatever reason.

DETAILS To be taken into account.

• English is not my native language, so clear descriptions and messages would be appreciated. Even so, I can speak English, Spanish and Catalan without any problem.

• Being an artist is not my only job! So inconveniences or delays can happen, these will be informed to the client.

• You can always ask freely how your commission is going , but please don't be abusive and ask every day how it goes.

I ACCEPT TO DRAW

•Humans, furry (or animal based characters), any kind of species.

• Sonas, own characters based on videogames, series, movies...

•Nudity.

•Gore without being extreme

•Vent

•NSFW

I DON'T ACCEPT TO DRAW

•Pedophilia, zoophilia , necrophilia, vore, baby fur, NSFW + gore and related.

•Excessive thinness, muscularity or obesity.

•Characters from copyrighted games, movies, comics. Clarifying, yes I accept to draw creatures from the same universe or draw your own character in it. But I don't accept to draw the main characters or characters. (Example: I can draw your character in pokemon universe, but I won't draw Ash, the proganosite, with you or solo).

I MAY ACCEPT TO DRAW (it would depend on the amount of details!)

• Complicated robots or overly complex outfits.

• More than 4 characters in the same drawing.

• Commissions with too much urgency.

• Overly complex backgrounds

• More than one version of the same drawing.

PAYMENT

• I use Paypal or Bizum for locals. Payment is all up front.

• It will be sent through an invoice or a email.

• The payment will ALWAYS be in EURO (€)

• You can pay in a maximum of 24h, otherwise the product or service will be cancelled.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

• It is not possible to cancel a commission once the payment has been made unless the deadline of 3 months it's over.

• Cancellations will be accepted if I propose one myself. I reserve the right to cancel any commission for any reason!

• If the treatment is abusive or derogatory on the part of the client the commission will be cancelled and I reserve the right to decide how much percentage to return to the client.
