1. General provisions 

The LIOS STORE service provides software ("Soft") for online games. Payment is made in USDT, TON cryptocurrencies, as well as RUB UAH, USDT, EUR, and so on. Using the Software violates the rules of most games. You use it at your own risk. The operator is not responsible for blocking game accounts, loss of progress or property. 

2. User Responsibilities 

- Check the compatibility of the device before purchase. 

- Use the Software only on an activated device. 

- Do not transfer, sell or publish the license key. 

- Do not hack, modify, or bypass Software protection. 

- Follow the rules of behavior in chat rooms and support. 

3. Operator's rights 

- Block access without warning for violations. 

- Request data to verify the legality of the use. 

- Change conditions, prices and functionality without notice. 

4. Payment and Refund 

A refund is possible only in case of technical malfunction of the Software due to the fault of the operator. No refund is provided:

- In case of violation of the rules. 

- When the game account is blocked. 

- If the device is incompatible. 

5. Responsibility 

The operator is not responsible for: 

- Blocking of gaming accounts. 

- Damage caused by the use of the Software. 

- Incompatibility with game or OS updates.

1. Data collection 

We collect: communication identifiers, license data, device information, and payment data. 

2. Data usage 

To activate the license, provide technical support, and improve the service. 

3. Storage and protection 

The data is stored on secure EHFS. Shelf life: 

- Account/license: active for now + [7 days]. 

- Security logs: [7dn]. 

4. Data transmission 

We do not transfer to third parties, except in cases stipulated by law. 

Usage rules 

1. Permitted actions 

- Personal use on one device. 

- Contacting technical support. 

2. Prohibited actions 

- Resale or transfer of the key. 

- Hacking or modification of the Software. 

- Use on incompatible devices. 

- Public demonstration of the Software. 

3. Punishments 

Violation of the rules leads to the blocking of the key and account without refund.

Before making a purchase, you must confirm your agreement with these rules. Using the service means full acceptance of all the terms.
