Police are investigating an alleged sex tape involving soap star Kym Marsh that someone has tried to sell to a newspaper for £30,000.
The Coronation Street star was said to be 'horrified' after it emerged that the tape, which shows her posing naked and performing a sex act, would be sold to the highest bidder.
She has now passed information to the police, who have launched a full investigation.

The probe comes after the 57-second clip, which allegedly shows Kym but the male is not recognisable, was offered to The Sun for £30,000.
Miss Marsh's representatives said today: 'Kym is understandably horrified at the claims made in today's newspaper.
'We trust that the Sun newspaper will co-operate fully in identifying the individual behind this plot so that they can be held to account.'
The Coronation Street star feels 'betrayed' and fears that it will be bought by a media organisation and released for all to see.
The Sun on Sunday report that it was offered the tape for £30,000, write Laura Armstrong and James Beal, but it refused the offer.
A source told the newspaper: 'The news has left her reeling.'
They added: 'She feels furious, humiliated, and very vulnerable.'
The seller allegedly met reporters and played them a 57-second video on a mobile phone which they were told is 'very explicit'.
The identity of the man was not clear from the tape but was confirmed to reporters.
It is also unclear when the video of Miss Marsh, who has been dating current boyfriend Matt Baker for more than a year, was shot.

Miss Marsh has now rekindled her romance with Mr Baker, who she is still with and has been for a year now
Growing up in Wigan, before she found fame, she fell pregnant at 18 with boyfriend Dave Cunliffe. The pair have two children together but split in 1999.
She then met Martin Murphy who she had an 18-month romance with in 2000 and 2001 but they broke up during her dramatic rise to fame.
Kym married soap star Jack Ryder, from Eastenders, in 2002 and the couple stayed together until 2009.
She had a daughter with Jamie Lomas, who was in Hollyoaks, but later started dating personal trainer Matt Baker in 2014.
Kym then went out with another personal trainer, Dan Hooper, and the pair were engaged until they split in June last year, when she rekindled her romance with Mr Baker, who she is still with now.
