Suneetha who owns apt was always on the end of the phone if you had any questions and always willing to help. Would definitely recommend it. The owner is very cooperative and helpful and we really feel like home there. I wanted privacy, separate bedroom for the kids to be comfortable, vicinity to the sea beach, and above all a home away from home for the duration of the stay. Mrs Sangeetha went out of her way to ensure that i was comfortable in terms of stay, things I need on arrival, any special requirement for the kids, suggestions for travel and eating out, and every other thing. We locked out the kitchen and two bedrooms on the first day, yet the lady ensured that things are fixed by the carpenter once we consented to their entry in our absence I cannot think of staying anywhere else in Goa when I visit next. And it was my first visit to GAO extremely dreamful and never ever forgotable. Swimming pool was the best to view and swim also. I request you all to visit once at Casale Majorda. Nice people and everyone helpful. She and her colleagues were taking care of us as we were family : they provided us with local sim card, arranged transfers, shared must see places. The apartment was so clean and had everything you needed, fridge freezer, hob, grill, microwave, iron, ironing board,washing machine. Everything was fantastic: the host Suneetha made our stay special, she is very approachable and if you have any concerns, she will immediately arrange to solve the issue. The flat is very comfortable and in an excellent location. The walk to the beach is minutes, and right across the road you have an excellent restaurant as well as several different ones both up the road and on the beach. The flat itself is great, two double bedrooms with double beds, plenty of storage, 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a washingmashine. The flat has everythin you need for a comfortable holiday. Our boys especially appreciated the movies on the tv, you have several movie channels to choose from. The beach in Majorda is beautiful, with several different beach shacks. Suneetha, the host, also made different suggestions of places to go, restaurants to visit etc, and gave us a great contact with an excellent taxi driver, who also contributed to make our stay in Majorda and in Casale Majorda special. Accommodation, location, service, management everything is perfect. Nothing was there that i could complain about. The apartment is plush, very well done up, comfortable and so are the bathrooms, the toilets, kitchen and all the amenities which are placed for the ease of the guests.
