Florence war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Studio ist klein, aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top und nur wenige Minuten vom Gare St. Lazare entfernt! This studio is very nice. When I stayed there the first weekend of april , I was the first Airbnb-guest. My reception was done by a nice woman who was very helpful, but unfortunately she only speaks French and Russian. But if French and Russian are like Japanese to me, there might be a problem. Also, the toilet lies outside the studio and you have to go outside in the open air to reach it. In winter though, I might be a bit unpleasant. There is a garden that can be used to sit in! I had a great stay here! Florence Juliette were very welcoming with my last minute booking and were very accommodating. The studio is perfect for a solo traveler on a budget. The studio is located on the top floor and has an amazing view overlooking the neighbourhood. The location is only about a 10 minute train ride outside of the centre of Paris with trains running frequently. The neighbourhood itself is also very nice, with bars and shops only a short walk away. I would highly recommend this place for anyone on a budget and would definitely stay here again. Great place for single travelers. Great view from the balcony, with easy access to the train station. Very convenient area to get around. It was great staying at Florence place, the studio is close to public transportation and it has everything you need during your short stay in Paris. Clemence была очень гостеприимна, отвечала на все наши вопросы. Мы прилетели утром и смогли оставить багаж в комнате. Квартира находится близко от метро, по пути есть магазины и кафе. Даже поздно вечером было спокойно и безопасно идти по району. Гостили с девушкой,все понравилось ,квартира светлая и чистая ,близко от станции метро минут пешком ,рядом с домом есть магазин с продуктами и пекарня. Спасибо хозяйке за информацию и советы. Clemence is a wonderful AirBnB host. She was warm and welcoming and was very helpful providing information about getting around in Paris. Her apartment is charming with views of the city from large windows. Transit to Paris is a short walk away and there is a laundromat right down the street. Nice cafes and patisseries in a walk-able neighborhood. Thanks so much for a lovely stay! Its a little way out, but we expected that from previous reviews. That said , it is value for money , the bed is comfortable and all is clean and tidy. Clemence is very nice and hospitable to us. The room is quite clean and bright. Everything was great. The flat was corresponding to the pictures and description. If you plan to be out in the city all day and come back just to get some sleep this place is for you. We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. A train station is located not even 5 minutes from the apartment and the trains there take you right to the main station in Paris where most metro lines and busses stop. Beds were very comfortable and lovely hot shower! I would definitely recommend staying in this cosy apartment if ever in Paris. The location is a lot closer than I initially thought and is conveniently located to the train and buses. If you are a nervous traveler I highly recommend downloading the RATP app and buying the navigo pass. Saint Lazare is either about one or three stops away depending on express trains and is where Galleries LaFayette and Pretemp is. Place was cosier and bigger than most if you were to stay closer to the city central and great value for money. There is the local supermarket, monoprix, around the corner and I made the usual trip to Le Grenier a Pain at Levallois-Perret which is one suburb away reachable by bus or train, to buy their fresh baguettes and pastry for breakfast. I also bought freshly squeezed orange juice at the local fruit and vegetable monger but was unfortunate to buy anything from the local butchers. I never meet Alex in person but he was great in communicating concerns I had during my stay and we were appreciative of the bottles of water and wine on our arrival. We did have some issues with the TV but Alex was great in helping us out with it. The only issues I had was the kitchen where attention was needed in the small things. Some plates and cutlery was dirty but I suspect from the previous guest. There was a broken wine opener,the water kettle needed to be descale , a left over mouldy jam jar, one tea bag left in the tea box , the wrong sized coffee capsule and an empty hand wash. All small things and fixable. Overall this was a great place and I would recommend it to anyone but mostly to couples due to the placement of the bathroom and toilet. We had great memories there over a bottle of french champagne and strawberries. The house is nice and clean. Far from airport. Easy to get to Paris central. The apartment was very nicely decorated, with everything you need. In the immediate vicinity there were many shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. The metro was only a few minutes walk away and we were after about a 10 minute ride by metro in the center of Paris. Thierry was very friendly and helpful. In short: Great stay and unique location!! The apartment had everything you needed and was very clean and comfortable. There was a supermarket at the end of the street and a bakery just by the apartment in which we ordered fresh baguettes and pastries each day to take out with us for lunch. First of all, we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay in Paris. It was nice flat to come home to. His is very well furnished. His walk in closet is massive. The view from his balcony is nice. If you need to save on food, his kitchen is complete from stove to oven and all the kitchenwares. The location is just one turn and a not too long straight walk from the metro. Very straightforward. Theres another one if you miss it. Two big grocery stores for all your cooking or instant food needs pizza. If you are travelling from Orly or Charles de Gaulle, your Carnet would not work because this is beyond Zone One in the metro map. Just to be sure to have the right tickets if you are transferring from Metro and to the RER which I believe the proper train that connects the city from the suburbs. What we did was buy tickets every time we transfer from RER to Metro to RER to avoid the hassle of making a mistake and paying the fine. Laurence communicated frequently and helpfully with us as we arrived and departed. The apartment was quite comfortable, with the kitchen fully stocked with cutlery, dishes and cookware- cooking was easy and fun. There are nice shops, bakeries and groceries down the street, which makes it easy to get supplies for breakfast for a longer stay. Transillien is 5 minutes walking from the house, its tickets are valid for Metro too, but they are more expensive than Metro tickets.
