Очень чисто и уютно, ночью тихо, никто и ничто не беспокоит, удобства все, отличный вайфай, есть стиралка, чистота идеальная, даже не знаю, что можно еще пожелать. Alex is an amazing host, very helpful, caring, gave us very precise details of how to make our sejour more pleasant in our short vacation. Apt is located very close to the sea, but a little far away to the custle, however a walk along the sea with numerous restaurant and little shops is only a pleasure. This is a fantastic residence, in a quiet part of Bodrum but within walking distance longish but fine for any able folk of both Bodrum city and Bitez. The residence was clean and very comfortable and has any amenities travelers may need for a weeks stay or longer. We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. It was very beautiful and a good view. They called a taxi when we needed it and they Where there right away. He was very helpful to my parents especially to my mother who was very sick at the time and took her to a hospital while they were there. We lost our luggage when we landed and she was very generous to help us out and sort everything for us. The flat is clean and perfect, the pool is great. However I lost my bikini from the balcony which was strange for me. But overall I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and having Antje as my host. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Bodrum. It is a calm and quite place. Our room was next to the pool and peacefull with a giant palm tree. Overall it was clean and all the accessories you need were there. Antje was helpfull on whatever we needed, she is kind and sweet. Antje is a perfect host. She welcomed us nicely on the first day of our arrival and she was always available for all the questions during our stay. She put effort by coming everyday to the place for checking whether everything was going well with our staying. The place is a kind of hotel with apartments inside. Some appartments had balconies and some of them were on the bottom just next to swimming pool located in the garden. Apartments are quite small but perfect for 2 people. Our stay was going well until the last night since some other guests had done too much noise inside the garden. Since apartments are so near eachother and our appartment was just next to the garden with swimming pool, we could not sleep because of the noise of other guests. I warned them once but they did not care too much even they were saying 'sorry': Guests should be more careful in such a common and small environment. If they rent cars , it is more convenient but it is not, there are daily minibuses which go to these places. Bodrum with its all villages is generally a nice place to have holiday where you go once and you never forget. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures on the Airbnb website. Pool was very nice. The airpartment building 'Casa Bodrum' is located in Gumbet, about 10 min drive mini bus from Bodrum city bus station. Gumbet is a quiet area in May, could be different later in the summer with many restaurants and food stands. Close to the beach. In short, a really nice place. Antje as a host could not be more friendly. Absolutely a gem and the caretaker of the building is extremely polite and efficient excuse me for not remembering his name. The room was nice, decorated cozy, clean and Refurnished!!! The location is gumbet so if you want to visit bodrum downtown and marina, you had better take a taxi or rent a car. The place was quiet. The pool was clean and nice to enjoy! The host was also very kind. If you want to stay in a quiet area, this place is really recommended. I enjoyed my stay so much here, everything was so nice, the house, the hamam, Tuncay helped me also for personal things and came to pick me up at the bus station, I do hope I will be able to come back ; anyway I recommend this adress and this person. Thank you very much Tuncay! I really recommend each person to choose this place because it is very neat, near of the beach, night life and restaurants. Air conditioner are so effective, kitchen and all stuffs are available and the owner is so helpful and so kind. However, during our stay, wifi was not working! This place is in a good central location, and enjoys a large balcony with good views. It is basic, but pleasant. However, be warned that there is a steep and winding staircase to gain entry, which could be a little tricky for the elderly or anyone with a leg injury, etc. Location is Amazing right by downtown and the Marina which was great. Yalcin is very helpful and responds very quickly. The place has a beautiful terrace too whic is a nice area to lounge in. It is hot in the summer with no AC so please be cognizant if that. Overall nice quaint place. Also tall windy stairs, so if you have luggage be sure to be safe bringing it up and down. This studio is very well located, with a very big terrasse with view. It is as in the pictures. Very close to the marina and the bus station. There is no air contionning so you have to open all doors and windows to have a cool weather in summer. The host provided accurate and detailed information for our check-in and showed us the surrounding tourist information. The hosts were busy, but they supported us with what we needed to do with the family. There is no air conditioner and fan, but it is windy. Hostel is not have a washing machine, but clothes I washed are good dry. It is far from the nightlife area, but it is a short walk to other convenience stores, restaurants, and sightseeing spots. The location was perfect - just a stones throw from the Marina where the boat tours and ferries leave , restaurants, shops and markets. I had late check in and he came to bus station for take us to the apartment. The apartment has in perfect location in the central near bus station and supermarket. Degirmenburnu is a perfect starting point if you want to explore Bodrum. Friendly staff, I highly recommend it: This is a great stay and well worth the cost. Just note that its on the top of a hill between gumbet and bodrum a little bit of a hike , but a great view and access to both sides of town. Besides the fact that it was in great walking distance to everything, we were sheltered from Bodrum s hectic life in the summer. As soon you get in her tiny cute traditional pedestrian street you are entering in quite paradise. The studio fulfilled the need of 3 of us plus it was a great value. The cherry on the cake was Lon kindness and responsiveness. The studio itself was equipped well enough to suit our needs and is individually decorated - much more interesting than a white cube. Lon and her son, Daria, could not have been more helpful sharing their abundant local knowledge which we appreciated enormously. We as a small family liked the appartment very much. We felt truely welcome, Nader is a very likeable guy and a real superhost! He helped us a lot with different concerns, from getting a haircut to find the right medical support, you can ask him everything at any time and he will help you out he speaks fluent english and turkish. The appartment was very well equipped, there is a kitchen with everything you need to cook, a big tv and fast internet. The shared terrace is nice when you want to have contact to other guests. Nader is a wonderful host. He is engaging and quick to respond. He lives onsite in a separate unit and makes himself available around the clock. The location of the flat is excellent. Cafes, restaurant, groceries, marina, and clothing shops are at your immediate door step and short walks. This is a great drop-in for a weekend spot. The house is an excellent location approximately 60m from the waterfront, however there is an outdoor nightclub in the near vicinity which makes it a bit difficult to sleep with the windows open. We did experience some problems with the water supply to the house, though understand that this may be a problem for the town of Bodrum. Well equipped, elegant, new apartment complex of the Bauhaus style with the superb view over the coast from the bedroom and living room. The complex has a reception. This makes check-in and check-out very flexible. Also all question and wishes can be addressed directly at any time. The staff is very kind and supportive. There is enough parking space, as well. We will definitely come again. This is a good quiet place to stay but require some walking distance to the city. Out last night staying at this place, unfortunately, there was earthquake. We were not be informed by any one from property. It would be better if there is a call or at least knocking on our room door to inform us. Duran is a nice acccomadation, really comfortable and clean, comfortable for the beaches and the restaurant. The room is very clean and has a good location beside the sea. The location is the best. A small but cute place high on a hill in the Aktur development. Lovely views on many places. We were happy, except for the smell. For many people perhaps, the sewer smell and flies in the bathroom would be completely unacceptable. And you can keep the bathroom fan on all day if you want. The smell and flies were in all the rooms and kitchen, so we kept the door closed and brushed our teeth in the kitchen after that. And only went into the bathroom to shower or use the toilet. Not a happy experience. We were there 12 days. The wind was minimal, and when it switched the last two days and stormed, the smell got only a little better. We went to Bodrum for a few days to rest up before exploring Istanbul, but we only ended up exhausted. But I also want future guests to understand our experience of the pros and cons of this place so I will be honest about my experience. This apartment was small and sweet and had everything we needed for our home base in Bodrum. We enjoyed living like a local away from the touristy resorts with nearby grocery store and shops and easy access to the main street and the dolmus small bus that run regularly between towns. Antje was great at communicating and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The mattress was very hard and you could feel the springs. When the AC was on, it would cycle between blasting freezing air directly onto the bed and then idling while hot stale air built up before cycling back to freezing. We figured a way to rig them to prevent them from blowing, so leaving the windows open worked one night. So you either risk the noise from having windows open or you risk alternating freezing or hot from having the AC on. Had I known, I would have requested one. It is a much smaller place than what it looks like on the pictures. Wifi was very bad. We could only connect in the hallway. We went in the winter. The bedroom was warm but the rest of the apartment was freezing! We stayed 11 days in Casa Bodrum. Our room was a small studio with a kitchen. It was clean ,comfortable and silent. Location of the studio was perfect. It is center of the Gumbet and very close to bus stop, restaurants and night life. We went to Yalikavak, Golturkbuku, Gundogan, Bitez, Gumusluk, Turgutreis with 2 buses and all of them are 30 minutes away. Our host Antje was a very kind person. She welcomed us by herself and called us by phone to make sure everything was ok. She also left us a gift before we check out. Me and my wife were very satisfied with the service we received. We will definitely visit again. Antje was a welcoming and very helpful host. It was the perfect week and we thoroughly immersed ourselves in the local amenities. There was a solar powered cable car to get to the beach - useful and fun, with a great view over the bay. The apartment itself is a disappointment because the facilities were not as described - the main problem being wifi. On the way she told us it was at the restaurant by the beach, not the apartment itself as she had stated on the website. In the apartment there were no instructions on what to do re rubbish, or how to work things, or a reminder we had to turn the boiler on. There was no basic things such as cooking oil, pepper, herbs, cleaning fluid, loo roll No leaflets or tourist information, no details about checking out. We had to msg her to ask what to do with the keys but as we had no wifi to receive her reply, we heard nothing back. So we had to just leave them there. Bodrum centre with a pretty harbour, the castle and more tourist shops and restaurants is only a short and cheap bus ride away.
