Shopping restaurants and a stunning drive up from southern France this hotel provides a perfect base. Very friendly and helpful. The location is stunning! Most local buses stops outside the hotel on the return trip which is very convenient. The terrace had a superb view of the mountains and surroundings except for the opposite building structure that is not so nice. When balcony doors are closed,youdont hear the street at all even on the front of the building. The location is good, right in the center of Andorra La Vella. Another little great thing I loved the shower gel provided by the hotel. Breakfast fantastic!!! Fresh orange juice! Just in the city center about 5 min with a taxi to the bus terminal. Original room assigned to us smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We reported it to the front desk and they changed us to a different room just down the hall and it was perfect. Cleaning staff was seen immediately going to address the problem in the other room. Location close to shops, tourist information, and also a very convenient bus stop right outside. Bathroom was large. Bed and pillows comfortable. Small balcony in the room was enjoyable, and I really enjoyed having a door to open to get fresh air into the room. Breakfast was very affordable and there was a great selection. But the Bar could have been cosier. The hotel was very clean, close to the city center and the staff were super nice, efficient and excellent client service. Everything was excellent. The stuff were excellent and helpful Breakfast was excellent Parking near by. The shower cap box was empty. It would be also quite fair to say that the breakfast is not very rich and can be improved. The location is good, the stuff was helpful. We could not sleep properly because of the smell of painting; hence we opened the veranda door. Also, nothing offered in the room; such as water bottle, tea and coffee; despite the high rate price. In the heart of city. Reception staff are excellent. It was more of a welcome thing. Sometimes you like to manage your own hot water but the system is such that you need to call for it from the reception at no cost. Location is good and central to Andorra la Vella shopping street. Why i put a poor score on this hotel is the years of smoke that is in the walls and furniture, I think that only the superior rooms have this problem because many smoke on the balcony with the door open. So the smell was really bad. If i where a smoker i would have put rating in the hotel The location was good and friendly staff. We had a superior room with a balcony and a beautiful view. Andorra La Vella is so small that every hotell has a 'Good location'. See above. They were doing major work and smelled paint from hallway. There was no bar, breakfast,or restaurant. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room was badly insulated from noise it was so bad we resorted to using ear plugs to block the road noise out. The air conditioning did not work our room was 26 degrees and so hot we had to leave the balcony door open whilst we went out to cool the room. It was clean and easy to find. The breakfast in the Magic next door hotel that cooperate with the NH hotel, was not good. There was a big variety, huge quantities, but the quality of the food is low and not worth the money. We stayed for 3 nights, we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just on the main shopping street, and close to everything. The staff is amazing!!! Always smiling, giving advice, helping in whatever we asked. The room was clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but very good. No facility to make or get tea and coffee. I understand they were renovating the restaurant but could have provided a kettle and cups so we could make our own. The beds were very comfortable. The room was large and clean.
