Нам все очень понравилось. Вилла прекрасна, все сделано удобно, с тщательным вниманием. В нескольких метрах от виллы находится прекрасный открытый подогреваемый бассейн. В 10 минутах ходьбы - море. Маленький круглосуточный магазин по пути к морю, это очень удобно. Очень внимательный, готовый всегда помочь хозяин. Дом в отличном состоянии, шикарный ремонт! Все рядом , магазины, бассейн , море все в шаговой доступности! Отдыхали с мамой и с маленьким ребёнком! Ребёнок весь день на травке, бегала прыгала! И отдыхать только в Рас Аль Хейме! Птицы поют, все зелено, свежий воздух, спокойный район! Благодарю Мартина за гостеприимство! The villa is idyllic getaway from the city. The pictures do not do it justice, especially the outside space. Martin was very prompt in responding and a great help during our stay. If Martin will have us then we will definately come back. We travelled to enjoy sun - two adults and four teenagers. This villa was exactly what we wished for: It was exactly the right place for us to relax. Teenagers liked good wifi and netflix. There are also football and tennis fields, but unfortunately they were under reparation when we were there. The neigbourhood was very peaceful and quiet, so a good spot for relaxation. You might want consider renting a car, we did not and were therefore dependent on taxis. It worked out ok though. Martin is an additional value to our experience! The villa is in an amazing place, clean and wonderfully furnished. For sure we will repeat the experience! Thank you very much!!! Jazeera al Hamra offers both a 9 hole and hole golf course. Rental car is recommended. It is located within upscale resort like residential area. Very clean townhouse with high quality interior,large and cozy terrace with BBQ facility. Было очень приятно, что есть все необходимое, до мелочей. Was able to swim each morning during the stay. Very nice walking route along the sea. Dany picked me up at a meeting point and communication during the stay was perfect. The place is cosy and quiet. TV has Netflix which was appreciated. The view from the roof top with swimming pool and gym is great. This is a very modern and stylish unit in a peaceful, attractive location. The apartment was so nice, spacious and clean. We also spent a lot of time in the large terrace. There are all things that you need, like kitchen utensils, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, tv, wifi, towels, detergents, Nespresso coffee machine ect. He gave us some papers which all tips for the apartment are written and it was so useful. In the village, there are two swimming pools, one for adults the other for babies which we could see through the windows in the master bedroom. Also there is playground for kids right next to the pools. The village is so sicure and calm. Near the village, there are a big mall and good restaurants, so it was really convenient. Also in the village there is a mart and you can just order by calling and they do delivery service. There are nice hotels near the apartment like Ritz-Carlton it was banyan tree , Waldorf Astoria, Hilton so we went there for the spa, and restaurants. Also there is a nice golf filed. From Dubai, it takes about 1 hour! And you can reach also in Oman in 1 hour. We really relaxed a lot and would love to be back!! We enjoyed our stay very much. Firstly, no internet available and when I informed the Kaitlin, she gave the internet company my contact number where they kept calling all the time as this was not my responsibility to fix the internet. Secondly, the bed sheets were not clean and she had extra sheets that had an unbearable smell. Thirdly, I kept calling her and she did not answer my calls before I leave. And I was not going to leave the key under the doormat as she did as to not get held responsible for any missing items later. Fourth, the TV was not working due to the internet problem. Place is much better then on photos - very thought through to smallest details - it was not an apartment rent - but like a 5 star boutique hotel where they think of every details of your stay.
