Трансфер з аеропорту. Новый, стильный отель! Красивые уютные номера, качественные мебель и постельное белье, есть даже русские каналы. Приветливый и отзывчивый ресторан, классные бассейны как внизу, так и на крыше. Месторасположение не очень, вид из окна тоже, но вокруг все есть магазины, кафе, рестораны. Бесплатный автобус на пляж нуса дуа, нам там очень понравилось, потрясающая инфраструктура, спокойное красивое море, дорожки вдоль моря, красивые шезлонги! Это и есть райское Бали, все не дёшево, но определенно того стоит! Обратно мы ездили на такси, за , но можно и на шатл басе, по-моему в Завтраки шведский стол, каждый день одно и тоже, но вкусные и прям наедаешься, в других отелях жарили только омлет с 2х яиц, уходили голодными! Вообщем отель нам понравился, своих денег он определённо стоит если хочется отдыхать на нуса дуа, но нет возможности жить в отеле на первой линии моря. Моря своего нет. Только бассеин не самый чистый. Номера чистые, новые, красивые. Очень было приятно там жить. Но отель специализируется на заселении туров. Мы в первый день жили почти одни в отеле, спокойно ходили на завтрак. А потом привезли 3 автобуса с туристами, забили весь отель. Они шумели до часу ночи, бегали друг к другу в номера, стучали дверьми. И на завтрак нам было не попасть, так как столовая не рассчитана на такое количество народу. We will be back! Just gorgeous! The hotel itself was out in the middle of no where. Not in walking distance to shops , nothing. Staff were sometimes rude but overall I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. After a really good sleep we woke to find there had been a massive storm during the night and the ceiling had leaked leaving quite large areas covered in water. We called for the manager who immediately upgraded our room to a room with a jacuzzi very nice touch. Bed is extremely large and very comfy. Tea and coffee facilities and fridge with two complimentary waters per day. Breakfast served on level 2 mainly aimed at Asian community but eggs and toast readily available with bacon if you ike fatty bacon. Staff extremely polite and friendly and a big shout out to who we nicknamed mr giggs he will know who he is. Food in the evening really nice and inexpensive. Would say in high season this hotel would be buzzing but for us it was a nice quiet relaxing time highly recommended. We arrived March 06, Came straight from airport and we were really tired. He was very helpful, welcoming and courteous. Made sure our room was prepared and assisted us the whole stay. Excellent job ADE!! He made us feel welcomed and at home. Felt that we can always count on the hotel staff if we need anything. All the staff as well are helpful and friendly. Bed, tv, bathroom and comfort room were clean. Maybe because it was raining for 2 days already. So a cover on top of the roof above the jacuzzi would help it to stay clean. We were not able to use it. FOOD - okay We have breakfast included on our booking. It was 'fine'. Not many selection and on the 2nd day, the bread was not new. We also ordered room service -food. Their Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng, it was very good! However, I got dissapointed with their Banana Split - it was just 3 small scoops of ice cream - 1 strawberry and 2 vanilla and the banana sliced. It was not presentable at all. A kid can make a better one. Lunch and Dinner buffet - it was okay. Really really nice. Lots of instagrammable areas. I still recommend the hotel. Will still go back! Location was OK. However, from the moment we checked in. We have to wait about 1 hour before we get our room key. Which they said at first that it will only took 10 minutes. People besides us was family that book online and they couldnt get their room. Second, in our room. We rented big 2 rooms penthouse. Which what we expect would be good. The plates, wine glass etc was not clean at all. We had to wash it before use. Second day we left our dirty plates and glass at dining table. We left the room and wish it will be cleaned after we came back. Room was OK. At first we arrived, our hot water somehow didnt work, but they managed to fix it that night. Now about The 2nd room toilet. We have to shower at the bathtub, because that the only place they provide. Before we jump in to the bathtub, i tested water and sit at the sides of the bathtub, and guess what? They didnt lock or glued the bathtub to the ground so i fell off together with the bathtub. Breakfast was standard. Far from what we expected. Family room is good, big, but the jacuzi never work since we came though we asked many times to fix it! Not too good in breakfast, maybe cause of high seasons, so the food was always not enough. To check out spent lot of time. Why that good hotel has not too profesional staffs? Despite its 5 star rating, the rooms of the hotel seemed unkept and lacks finishing. The walls, sofa was worn out and some amenities was not properly functioning such as the indoor room jacuzzi. The breakfast option of the hotel was poor and awful. Overall Food quality and taste was very mediocre, just like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Please refurbish the hotel rooms and amenities as well as improve food quality and taste before stating that the hotel is a 5 star. Our loft room was great as a family but an extra bathroom would have been better for additional privacy for the parents. Kids thought the lift space was awesome. Food was good but breakfast accommodated the Asian clientele that mistly visit this resort. If the resort was on the beach it would have topped it off.
