First i found out this is a brokerage company and not the owner of the apartment! Second the pictures on booking were non of the actual property up for rent! Third i was sent photos by the brokers that was mostly manipulative and out dated of the place! Fourth the place should have been a ground floor with a garden, but instead it was a ground floor with a muddy place full of insects and flies to replace the garden! Fifth The broker sent us another guy to check us in who was very rude and always nagging for extra money! Sixth, One day before our arrival we received a proposal to cancel the reservation through booking and they will give us a 1, egyptian pound discount for the property but i refused! Seventh all doors would not lock or unlock easily as it was all rusty! Eighth as the photos will show the bathroom shower had no cabin or even a piece of cloth to cover the shower place and the floors were displaced and broken as you will see in the photos! The actual booking from royal chalet was terrible. The worst booking I have ever done on Booking. I contacted them to have the google location for arrival as no one had contacted me up to a week before arrival. They took 3 days to give me the information and suddenly said 'if you dont pay 1day deposit tomorrow we will cancel the booking'. I had booked 3 months in advance and they decided last minute that this had to happen. They were disorganized and had terrible customer service. I repeat. The person who actually handles the place on spot was very welcoming and helped us settle. The rooms were clean but slightly dated as well as the rest of the appartment. The house itself was very spacious. Very dirty no clean towels no toilet paper no private pool although written in the brochure.
