Каждый шестой человек в возрасте от 15 до 69 лет как минимум один раз в жизни потреблял незаконные наркотики. Самое распространенное наркотическое средство — конопля. Более чем каждый третий человек в возрасте от 25 до 34 лет пробовал коноплю хотя бы один раз в жизни. Ежегодно финны тратят на наркотики крупную сумму денег. Новостная служба Yle связалась с представителями наркополиции Хельсинки, Тампере и Оулу, и выяснила, сколько стоят разные наркотики в этих городах. Марихуану все чаще выращивают дома, и это привело к тому, что цена на этот наркотик довольно стабильная вне зависимости от того, покупают ли марихуану на севере или на юге страны. Несмотря на популярность выращивания марихуаны дома, цена на нее за последние годы несколько выросла. В среднем цена на марихуану составляет от 15 до 20 евро за грамм. Цена амфетамина напрямую отражается на его качестве, но в любом случае в Хельсинки амфетамин намного дешевле, чем в других городах Финляндии. Большую часть амфетамина ввозят в Финляндию именно через Хельсинки, но, например, в Оулу, наркотик ввозят также через западную границу в Торнио. В Хельсинки грамм амфетамина стоит как минимум 20 евро за грамм, в то время как в Оулу цена достигает 50 евро. Кокаин в Финляндии намного дороже золота. Цена за один грамм кокаина достигает евро. Кокаин считается элитным наркотиком и в Финляндии он встречается относительно редко. Одна причина этому — именно высокая цена. По данным полиции, в последнее время героин встречается на внутреннем рынке Финляндии довольно редко, и поэтому среднюю цену трудно подсчитать. По сравнению с другими странами Европы, в Финляндии цена на героин очень высокая: стоимость одного грамма достигает евро. Несмотря на это, цена за дозу героина дешевле, чем за дозу кокаина. Вместо героина в стране все чаще потребляют Subutex — препарат, который применяется в качестве средства заместительной терапии. Самая низкая цена на Subutex - в Хельсинки. В Хельсинки строят квартиры размером в 17,5 квадратных метров и арендаторы выстраиваются в очередь. Изменения в законодательстве позволят водителям автомобилей парковаться в городах по обе стороны дороги. Союз автомобилистов предупреждает об опасности парковки на противоположной стороне. Новые рекомендации опираются на терапию в лечении депрессии, но попасть к психотерапевту трудно.
