Самое странное, что закон всё ещё суров: он как бы запрещает открыто продавать и курить траву то есть без медицинской справки даже свободолюбивым канадцам. Но на деле никто на эти запреты не обращает внимания. Полгода назад министр здравоохранения Канады Джейн Филпотт решилась на разумный в такой ситуации шаг и открыто заявила всему миру , что в м Канада легализует марихуану без ограничений. Главное, мол, чтобы трава не досталась детям и преступникам. Что ж, посмотрим! А пока давайте прогуляемся по Торонто Траву здесь продают в аптеках! Вот так это выглядит на улице. Обычная такая аптека. Есть место, чтобы дождаться приема у доктора ; Здесь же можно приготовить купленные лекарства. На входе висит грозная надпись, что продают траву только членам клуба с паспортом. Членская карточка выглядит вот так. Как же ее получить? Любой человек может заполнить вот такую анкету и сразу стать членом клуба! Главное, чтобы вам было 19 лет и у вас был паспорт. Гражданство, пол и сексуальная ориентация совершенно не важны. То есть фактически продают вообще всем без разбору, главное паспорт показать. Данные о покупателе заносят в базу данных. В отличие от голландских кофе-шопов, в канадских аптеках все цивилизованно. Здесь светло, просторно, приятные девушки в белых футболках готовы помочь и ответить на все вопросы. Я так понимаю, это какой-то плакат, объясняющий различия в сортах травы. Есть большой кулинарный отдел, где продают печенья, кексы и другие сладости из марихуаны. Мило Кексы Сама трава в стеклянных банках. Разные сорта на любой вкус. Аптекарша взвесит нужное количество грамм и занесет ваши данные в книгу клиентов. Вот и всё. Предвкушая ваши вопросы, сразу скажу: я не покупал. Вообще, я консервативный, больше по алкоголю. Винишко, водочка — вот это тема. А траву и тем более другие наркотики оставим более креативным товарищам. И да, я считаю, что в России марихуану нужно легализовать или как минимум декриминализировать. Я много путешествую, и почти в каждой стране, даже там, где марихуана запрещена, её продают на улицах, в клубах и барах. Я не знаю человека, который хотел бы покурить и не мог бы этого сделать.
