При этом Минздрав уже на берегу успокоил потирающих руки частных фармацевтов и отметил, что каннабис и его производные входят в так называемый Список 1. А на него действует тотальная госмонополия. Что касается квот, то они также разработаны. Ведомство предлагает разрешить завозить в страну по граммов гашиша, 50 граммов гашишного масла и 1,1 килограмма марихуаны в год.
