Good hotel, just internet there is a slow and in an evening time we could not load anything. General value for money ok. We stayed there for couple days because of our function in another hotel but yhis hotel the worst Santika hotel that I ever stayed. I was stayed in Santika Surabaya 2 times and Solo and they are much more good interms of hotel condition and services. Room quite big, toilet is clean, only room lighting was rather dark. Located at main road to center of Nusa Dua area, rather far away to beach, so room rate more economical compared to other hotel near beach. Pool was nice in the evening, but way too hot during the day. The hotel should consider a shade sail over the childrens area of the pool. It would protect kids from the sun and keep the pool cooler as not all of it will be exposed to the sun all day. They might find their restaurant trade for lunch and poolside drinks would increase considerably! The beach and Bali Collections is mins walk, there is also a hotel shuttle to Bali Collections twice a day. Their beach club is next to Venus, go straight there or 10 mins walk thru Bali Collections through Gate C and the beach club is behind. Great pool there but beach is not ideal, go at high tide for a possible swim or just use the pool there. The second time here and again georgeous. The breakfast is delicious - the best breakfast i had on Bali. A good choice of local Indonesian food, chinese food, continental breakfast, desserts, fruit platter, This year you got vouchers for De Opera beach club - fantastic.
